Why subscribe?

Subscribe to get full access to this fanzine and website. When my fanzine was made of paper and pasted up with cowgum it came out when it was ready. The same rules of reticence apply here. When I have nothing to say, my lips are sealed.

So, this is not Ocado - I can’t promise to deliver at a certain time. But I won’t bring you an avocado when you ordered a pear. I try to use Substack to write in greater depth and with more jokes than are permissible in formal commissioned work. It’s about having fun. If you subscribe, you’ll get no more than a nudge to say there’s something to read on the page. I’m trying to keep it free, though this is hard, as almost all of the outlets I used to write for have been taken over robots and monsters. So, if you’re feeling flush, a paid subscription would be much appreciated. But free is fine too - and even better if you can share things you like.
